Positively charged always.
Quote For This Week:
Even when circumstances are negative, keep your attitude positive.
Sometimes, life just seems to be all negative. Your plans don’t work, you receive so much hate, you face difficulties while trying to achieve your goals and then it seems like life has become a complete disaster. It’s much more of a mere human tendency that we give up at these points. We feel bad about ourselves and compare ourselves to others or our own past selves and feel regretful. These negative circumstances make you feel so. They fill you with negativity. There’s only one way to avoid this and that is to have a positive attitude in life.
By positive attitude, we mean hope, hard work and dedication towards your goal — hope as if hope will make you succeed, work as if this is the last thing you would do and be dedicated towards it as if your life depends upon that. Be determined to do so.
So much in life depends on your attitude towards it. When things are going wrong it’s completely natural to feel hopeless, but you must keep your head high. You must remind yourself that you’ve gone through challenging times before, came out just fine, and believe that you can do it this time too.
If at this time you keep repeating negative thoughts and beat yourself up, you aren’t gonna end up anywhere but will most probably be even more dispirited about the situation you’re in and struggle to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
What you should do when the situation isn’t going the way you’d like it to, is to try have a positive —or at least a non-negative— attitude, be kind to yourself even if you aren’t able to achieve much (after all, you can’t be your best self all the time), ask for help if you need it, share your worries with someone you trust, and try to think of ways you can make your circumstances better, instead of repeating all the things that are going wrong.
If you can’t do this by yourself, ask someone who knows you well enough and someone that you trust, like your best friend, to help you sort out your thoughts and make steps to get out of the negative space you’re in.
In conclusion, negativity is not good for your mental health and it is one of the biggest obstacles you could face towards achieving your goal. Kick those thoughts out of your mind using affirmations and clear understanding of what is going on between you and your goal. Ask for help if needed. You can do this.
Some tips we would like to end with are:
1. Say Affirmations in front of the mirror.
2. Think of all the positives you could think of about yourself or ask someone to help you with that.
3. Take three actionable steps towards each of your goals and fix them in your mind.
You got this.
